Nestled in the serene village of Arorangi, our villas offer the perfect blend of convenience and seclusion. We are located just 50 meters away from a tranquil beach with crystal-clear waters, where you can bask in the beauty of sunsets that are nothing short of postcard-worthy and enjoy incredible snorkeling adventures.

The west coast of the island, known as the "quiet side," is where you'll find us. It's also the prime spot for spotting majestic whales from July to October. As you relax in this tropical oasis, it's hard to believe that we're only a seven-minute drive from the airport and a mere ten minutes from the main township of Avarua.

500 meters down the beach, you'll discover the famous Black Rock and the small but growing Nikao market, where you can find the "Brews and Scoops" coffee cart and the "Vibe" food truck to satisfy your culinary cravings.

And speaking of dining options, right next door, the Anchorage restaurant awaits, offering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and live island music to enhance your dining experience. For your convenience, we've got you covered with a nearby liquor store and a basic grocery store within a few hundred meters. Should you need a late night snack, Super Brown, open 24/7, is just 1.3 kilometers away.

If you're a sports enthusiast, you're in luck. We have a golf course and tennis courts within walking distance, ensuring that you can stay active and entertained during your stay.

When it comes to getting around, the island's buses run clockwise and anti-clockwise, making it easy to explore. We have a bus stop at the end of the driveway. We also offer free on-site parking if you'd like to rent a car or bike for more flexibility.
